Printing Options

We offer different printing options for each material.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is the process of printing a digital file directly onto the bag material. Digital printing offers excellent quality and production flexibility since it is full-colour printing.

Material Choices:

Full Colour Transfer

The design is printed onto heat transfer paper and then transferred to the bag material using a heat press. This process is recommended for more complex images that have a larger number of colors (6 or more) and gradients or continuous tones.

Material Choices:

OPP Film

Film that is broken into layers of the different colors, then the film is applied on top of the bag material. This printing technique supports full color artwork.

Material Choices:

Silk Screen

It is the process of using a stencil to apply ink onto the bag material. Each color of the artwork uses its own stencil. All our inks are free of led and eco-friendly. A maximum of 8 colors can be used.
